All my designs are hand made to order and most items can take approx 4-6 weeks to be lovingly hand crafted before dispatch. More intricate designs and multiple orders may take longer depending on how busy I am at time of purchase as we usually have a very high demand. Please check individual item description for approximate current lead times.

CUSTOMS CHARGES & TAXES
For all customers outside the UK please be aware that extra customs charges and/or taxes may be payable on receipt of your parcel. Unfortunately these charges are completely out of our control and are the responsibility of the customer.
RECEIVING YOUR PARCEL- DELIVERY TIMES
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email from me with the tracking information. All shipping times are approximate, delays with postal services may occur at busy times and over the holiday periods and are out of my control. Unfortunately as of March 2021 many delays are due to the ongoing Worldwide COVID situation and also new Brexit customs rules for EU customers, please be patient, your parcel is on it's way!

RETURNS
I am happy to receive returns for exchange or refund for any reason.
STRICTLY NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON CUSTOM DESIGNS.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Before returning any item/s please contact me first.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags still attached.
Please include a note with your order number, full name, email address, postal address, date of purchase and details of the return or exchange.
All parcels should be sent securely packaged via a recorded delivery method for security. I cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.
Refunds will usually be given within 14 working days of receipt of the parcel.
IMPORTANT! : Overseas customers please be sure to mark all returns as 'returned goods' to avoid incurring any customs charges. I will not collect returned parcels with customs charges to pay and they will be returned to you. If you have any concerns please ask your local postal service for advice on filling out your customs form.
Unless there is a fault with the item the customer is liable for all return postage costs.
Failure to comply with these instructions may result in refusal or delay of your refund.
